A great anime that I recommend, although the manga is much more in-depth. To watch again and again :) Beautiful! The movie was really good overall and I didn't see it with all the special effects. my girls love this drawing anime! this allows them to have a different perspective on life through this sad story. All the episodes of the series plus the director's cut. Only downside, the impossibility of viewing the episodes in original version subtitled (English or French) Super edition, the image and sound are of high quality. it is the series as to the time on the FR3. A realization, a visual and a partition at their peak! The Temple of Lucifer (1989) : Lucifer, the fallen angel and former opponent of many of the legendary characters of different mythologies (including Athena) is back on Earth to execute the vengeance of the ancient enemies of Saori and his knights. Several of them are seriously injured during the (very) short attacks of Lucifer and his warriors to the shrine. To protect the Earth, Athena was forced to sacrifice going up the stairs of the Pandaemonium up to Lucifer, an ordeal which is similar to the way of the cross. His knights join the group for trying to empêcher. De all movies of Saint Seiya, this one is a disappointment. Apart from music, the qualities of the previous films (performing, visual, and history) have disappeared. Lucifer is an enemy inconsistent that the threat was in fact based entirely on the previous opponents of the knights, and not on himself. The plot, which could have some potential, is sloppy. And this film was a failure in theaters, which caused the final decision to stop the series, then in loss of hearing, at the end of the chapter Poseidon, which occurred a few weeks after. For accuracy, all of these films are intriguing parallels that can't really meddle in the course of the events of the series (including The Battle of the Gods which is, therefore, an alternate version of the chapter Asgard the animated). They are considered non-canonical. However some films, such as Abel, develop some of the aspects left out by the series and therefore represent a good addition to the universe of Saint Seiya. All films are offered in their original language, subtitled or in VF. Both are period. The VF does have a few flaws such as voice-secondary inappropriate (Saga with a voice of ado for example), or translation mistakes, unforgivable (The Warriors of Abel the accumulating: errors of meaning, Camus becomes Camille, etc...). But the joy of reuniting with the voice of Eric Legrand, Virginie Ledieu, Marc, François, Serge Bourrier, Henry Djanik and Laurence Crouzet remains intact. Finally, for the price, this compilation is worth the detour. But to know the universe of Saint Seiya beforehand is clearly preferable to actually take advantage of it..
